REQUIREMENTS
Retreats: For exclusive use of the camp, we require a minimum of 150 guests. For non-exclusive use we require a minimum of 50 or 100 depending on your accommodations.
Work Crew (KP duty): Oakbridge requires a group of dedicated folks to help with dining service for each meal (setting tables, serving, bussing and dish washing). We have two Work Crew options for you to choose from - so please give us a call for the details.
Medical Provider: Each group is required to provide their own EMT or Nurse or Doctor - they stay for free. However, if you are not able to provide one, Oakbridge can hire one at a fee of $150 per 24 hours.
Lifeguard: A certified lifeguard must be present during pool use. If you are not able to provide one, we can hire one for you. The charge is $15 an hour.
Insurance: Each group is required to provide a certificate of insurance covering the entire group. If you do not have group insurance, we require that each individual fill out a Waiver Form which we provide.
Contract & Deposit: The contract must be signed, dated and sent back within two weeks along with a check for 15% of the minimum due.
Payment: Final payment must be made with one check upon arrival. Please make check payable to: Young Life Oakbridge. Your host will collect the check and if there is a balance at the end of your retreat, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount - due within 10 days.
